Whether you seek the serenity of yoga, the dynamic energy of HIIT, or a harmonious blend of both, our private client program caters to your unique desires.
Embarking on this private class selection will ensure you are able to go at a pace comfortable for you, help you understand each step or conquer each pose / exercise, and feel empowered to make lasting changes.
Course length minimum - 1 segment = 3 (1.5hr sessions) x a week
Private sessions begin at $225 for first week ($75 a session) - $15 discount from segments 2+
15 minutes complementary intake call when purchased
Sessions will be held over zoom & daily check-ins over text. ***IF LOCAL*** In-person sessions are available at increased cost. DM on instagram to inquire @macyjoe OR make sure to note when purchased and we will supplement add on if desired.
